Carl’s Jr.’s new Really Big Carl is really just a regular two-patty Big Carl with an extra charbroiled beef patty and slice of American cheese to go along with the chain’s classic sauce, lettuce, and sesame seed bun. <\/p>\n
It’s almost as if the head honchos at Carl’s Jr. looked at Jack in the Box’s Really Big Chicken Sandwich and said, “We can do that too!”<\/p>\n
Carl’s Jr.’s website doesn’t show the nutrition facts for the Really Big Carl, but
\nI did modify the nutrition information for the regular one by customizing it with an extra patty. For some reason, the website would let me add an extra slice of cheese.<\/p>\n
So a Big Carl with an extra beef patty has 1120 calories, 73 grams of fat, 30 grams of saturated fat, 2.5 grams of trans fat, 190 milligrams of cholesterol, 1430 milligrams of sodium, 56 grams of carbohydrates, 3 grams of fiber, 12 grams of sugar, and 64 grams of protein.<\/p>\n
