Not when there\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s a Punk\u00e2\u20ac\u2122d and Pimp My Ride marathon on MTV and I have to play a season of Madden 2005.  However, one of the great things about audiobooks is the ability to multitask.  It\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s hard to multitask when reading an actual book.  There\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s no possible way I can read a book, download porn, and play Madden 2005 all at the same time, but with audiobooks I can.<\/p>\n<p>Besides I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122m too lazy to flip pages.  Have you seen the size of books today?  It may look like I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122m reading Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, but what I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122m really doing is working out my arms with those 255,000 words.<\/p>\n<p>We at the Impulsive Buy are avid fans of The Daily Show with Jon Stewart, because it\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s where we get our world news.  So on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, when the Daily Show isn\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t on, we have no idea what\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s going on.  But then again, we are too stoned to care what\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s going on.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/rcm.amazon.com\/e\/cm?t=theimpulsivbu-20&#038;o=1&#038;p=8&#038;l=as1&#038;asins=0446532681&#038;fc1=000000&#038;lc1=0000ff&#038;lt1=_blank&#038;IS2=1&#038;bg1=ffffff&#038;f=ifr\" width=\"120\" height=\"240\" scrolling=\"no\" marginwidth=\"0\" marginheight=\"0\" frameborder=\"0\" style=\"float:left;padding-right:10px;border:none;\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>America (The Audiobook) takes a humorous look at the history of American government in a textbook format, with classroom activities and discussion questions at the end of each chapter, which we didn\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t do because\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6Um\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6Our dog ate our answers and then our computer crashed.  <\/p>\n<p>The audiobook may lean a little to the left, but whether you\u00e2\u20ac\u2122re left-wing, right-wing, or one of those crazy Nader supporters, we think you will find this audiobook humorous.  If you don\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t, you have no soul or you\u00e2\u20ac\u2122re legally deaf.<\/p>\n<p>We were disappointed to find out that the audiobook was an abridged version of the best-selling hardcover book.  We were also frustrated we couldn\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t see the picture of the Supreme Court naked, which is in the actual book.  <\/p>\n<p>On second thought, not seeing that picture may have been a good thing.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><b>Item:<\/b> The Daily Show With Jon Stewart Presents America (The Audiobook):  A Citizen\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s Guide to Democracy Inaction<br \/>\n<b>Purchase Price:<\/b>  $15.95 (iTunes Music Store)<br \/>\n<b>Rating:<\/b>  5 out of 5<br \/>\n<b>Pros:<\/b>  It\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s downright funny.
