FAST FOOD NEWS: Arby’s Smokehouse Turkey and Garlic Parmesan Housemade Chips

Arby s Smokehouse Turkey

When Arby’s introduced their Smokehouse Brisket in 2013, they made it a point to let us know they smoked the brisket for 13 hours. The turkey in their new Smokehouse Turkey is smoked for eight hours over mesquite wood in a Texas smokehouse.

The sandwich also features an artisan-style roll, crispy onion strings, a white BBQ sauce, and smoked cheddar cheese. Arby’s doesn’t mention how long the cheese was smoked for. Oh, if you’re wondering what white BBQ sauce is, here are the ingredients: Soybean oil, Water, Apple Cider Vinegar, Horseradish, Egg Yolks, Sugar, Lemon Juice Concentrate, High Fructose Corn Syrup, Salt, Distilled Vinegar, Spices, Xanthan Gum, Mustard Flour, Sodium Benzoate and Potassium Sorbate (preservatives), Natural Smoke Flavor, Guar Gum, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Calcium Disodium
