The meatrosity features beef short rib that smoked for at least six hours, a slice of cheddar cheese, crispy onions, and a smoky BBQ sauce between two pieces of Texas Toast.
The sandwich has 590 calories, 28 grams of fat, 10 grams of saturated fat, 1 gram of trans fat, 75 milligrams of cholesterol, 1510 milligrams of sodium, 59 grams of carbohydrates, 14 grams of sugar, 4 grams of fiber, and 26 grams of protein.
Oh, you’re trying to cut back on the amount of bread you’re eating? Well, then, Arby’s has got your bread-hating back with its Smokehouse Beef Short Rib Loaded Curly Fries.
It has everything you’ll find in the Smokehouse Beef Short Rib Sandwich, but dumped on a bed of curly fries that’s drizzled with cheddar cheese sauce.
The topped fries has 730 calories, 41 grams of fat, 9 grams of saturated fat, 0.5 grams of trans fat, 35 milligrams of cholesterol, 2300 milligrams of sodium, 75 grams of carbohydrates, 13 grams of sugar, 6 grams of fiber, and 15 grams of protein.

Ummmmm…….The fries have 16 more grams of carbs……..
I tried the curly fries, they were pretty good, but the bbq sauce is a little dull. It is where the smoke flavor comes from but that was all I got from the sauce. I prefer a little bit more sweet, tangy in my sauce.
Overall, not bad but just needed a little more flavor to be great.
