I wonder how this would taste as a chili seasoning packet versus a McCormick chili seasoning pack, hot variety. Hmmm… may have to make two 1/2 chili servings, where the only difference is the meat seasoning in each. (I love beef, but I’ve been having good luck with ground bison and elk for special occasions)
