FAST FOOD NEWS: Church’s Chicken Honey-Butter Biscuit Tenders

Church s Chicken Honey Butter Biscuit Tenders

In 1992, Church’s Chicken introduced their Tender Strips. A few years later they started offering their Honey-Butter biscuit. And now the chicken chain has combined the two to create their new Honey-Butter Biscuit Tenders.

They’re made by taking all white meat Tender Strips, dipping them into Honey-Butter Biscuit batter, and then deep frying them until they’re golden brown. The new menu item is served with a Honey-Butter dipping sauce. They’re available from March 28 to May 22 at participating locations. An order of three with dipping sauce and a biscuit starts at $2.99.

FAST FOOD NEWS: Starbucks Caramelized Honey Latte and Frappuccino

Caramel Honey Trio

Starbucks’ new Honey Caramelized Honey Latte was created with the moody nature of the spring season in mind. Sometimes it’s cold, wet, and the sun is being antisocial by hiding behind clouds. When there are days like that, you can get a hot Caramelized Honey Latte. And sometimes it’s hot, sunny, and you wish the sun would turn it down a bit. For those days, you can get the beverage in iced or Frappuccino form.

What makes these beverages special is the caramel honey sauce that’s been slow-cooked for 45 minutes, which is 12 hours and 15 minutes less than the last fast food product that shared how long it was cooked for. All three versions feature the slow-cooked sauce, Starbucks’ espresso, and milk. The Frappuccino is also topped with whipped cream and honey sugar sprinkles.

A grande Caramelized Honey Latte with 2% has 340 calories, 12 grams of fat, 8 grams of saturated fat, 45 grams of sugar, 12 grams of protein, and 150 milligrams of caffeine.
