Jack in the Box has two new limited time only menu item this summer — Donut Holes and the BBQ Bacon Double Cheeseburger.

The Donut Holes are topped with cinnamon sugar and available in an order of four pieces. The treat has 200 calories, 13 grams of fat, 5 grams of saturated fat, 0 gram of trans fat, 0 milligrams of cholesterol, 150 milligrams of sodium, 18 grams of carbohydrates, 1 grams of fiber, 4 grams of sugar, and 3 grams of protein.

The burger, which is beefier and less vegetable-y than the BBQ Bacon Cheeseburgers from 2017 and the Outlaw Burgers from 2011, features two beef patties, two slices of cheese, bacon, onion rings, and BBQ sauce on a bun. Right now, you can get it with small fries and a small drink for $4.99 at participating locations.

It has 700 calories, 41 grams of fat, 15 grams of saturated fat, 1.5 gram of trans fat, 80 milligrams of cholesterol, 1310 milligrams of sodium, 51 grams of carbohydrates, 2 grams of fiber, 14 grams of sugar, and 31 grams of protein.

Chester Cheetah is the new Colonel Sanders. Of all the other folks who have gone through the revolving door of being Colonel Sanders, I think Chester is the only one I’ll remember ten years from now. The reason why Chester has donned the Colonel’s white suit and facial hair is because KFC has rolled out the Cheetos Sandwich.

It features KFC’s Extra Crispy chicken filet, a layer of Crunchy Cheetos, mayo, and a special Cheetos sauce on a toasted bun. It’s available for a very limited time at participating locations.

Starbucks has added three Teavana Iced Tea Lemonades to its menu to help you cool down during those days when the mercury reaches temperatures that bring droplets of sweat to your brow or makes you feel you need a shower the instant you step outside. There are three flavors that will attempt to combat the heat for you:

Teavana Peach Green Tea Lemonade (left): A combination of Teavana Green Iced Tea made with a combination of a peach-flavored fruit juice blend and lemonade, which is then sweetened with liquid cane sugar and hand-shaken with ice. A Grande has 130 calories, 0 grams of fat, 20 milligrams of sodium, 31 grams of carbohydrates, 29 grams of sugar, 0 grams of protein, and 25-30 milligrams of caffeine.

Teavana Guava White Tea Lemonade (right): Teavana White Iced Tea made with a combination of a guava-flavored fruit juice blend and lemonade that’s sweetened with liquid cane sugar and hand-shaken with ice. A Grande has 130 calories, 0 grams of fat, 20 milligrams of sodium, 33 grams of carbohydrates, 29 grams of sugar, 0 grams of protein, and 25-30 milligrams of caffeine.

Dunkin’s Hershey’s Candy Coffee drinks and Cookies ‘N’ Creme Donut aren’t the only new and sweet items on the menu. The donut, coffee, and breakfast sandwich chain has also added the Sweet BBQ Bacon Breakfast Sandwich.

It features egg, cheese, and extra bacon coated in Sweet BBQ seasoning. It’s also available as a Wake-Up Wrap. The sandwich is available for a limited time at participating Dunkin’ restaurants.

The Sweet BBQ Bacon Breakfast Sandwich has 630 calories, 40 grams of fat, 16 grams of saturated fat, 0 gram of trans fat, 200 milligrams of cholesterol, 1130 milligrams of sodium, 46 grams of carbohydrates, 1 gram of fiber, 11 grams of sugar, and 22 grams of protein.
