No, The Impulsive Buy is not paying your water bill, providing you with a wash cloth or standing with you in your shower to scrub you down. Because paying that one utility is probably expensive, a wash cloth is too cheap and scrubbing you down in your shower will probably end up with me registering as a sex offender.
