There are also two other flavors — Hazelnut Latte and Lemon Crème with Rosemary Shortbread — that I want to try and will never get my hands on because it’s from a region grocery store. (Spotted by Robbie at H-E-B.)

My friend would like to apologize for the time he or she said flavor water enhancers should go away. They are obviously popular because companies keep coming out with new flavors. My friend would also like to apologize for calling MiO liquid water enhancers MiNO. (Spotted by Josh at Kroger.)

  1. Hope one of your reviewers is in the H-E-B region and/or one of your networked/affiliated blogs is because those sound like some very interesting flavors of ice cream.

    1. I’ve tried the Jamaican Jam and the Lemon Creme with Rosemary Shortbread.
The Jamaican Jam was ok, not worth the premium price. I was hoping to get more of the fig jam flavor, but it was disappointed. The Lemon Creme I though was great. I’ve heard some say the lemon was notstrong enough, but I do not agree. I thought it was perfect and the rosemary shortbread was a great addition.
I wonder if the “small batch” means that we’ll get dfferent results with different batches.
I’m looking forward to trying the Chile Pepper Pecan and the Honey Whiskey

  2. I’ve tried a couple of the Central Market ice creams and think people may be a little disappointed with the flavors being too light. Coconut Ginger has a very good coconut base that is creamy, but the ginger flavor is missing or too light. Lemon Creme with Rosemary Shortbread also has a very good base that tastes more like buttermilk. The lemon is not strong enough to come out, but I did get a hint of rosemary.

  3. I’ve had the Whiskey Honey and one that was not pictured here, Buttermilk Caramel. Both were wonderful.

I purchased the Jamaican Jam and Saigon Cinnamon today, so we’ll see!
