  1. I purchased the continental chef chocolate chip cookie brownie mix its good! small but i purchased for a cheesecake recipe I wanted to maje. To make brownie cookie bars you need like 4 boxes to make a nice size pan of brownies. My chocolte chip brownie cheesecake was a winner. Very affordable easy to fix and a buck a box awesome!

  2. Has anyone tried the Hormel stuff? I just bought them. I don’t like Hormel chili, though, but thinking maybe these are special maybe I will.

    1. For crust 1/3 unsalted butter melted
For batter 3 tablespoons butter melted 1 egg
      To bake
heat oven to 350 for glass pan or shiny metal pan 325 for dark or non stick pans.
Stir crust mix in butter in bowl with fork till dough forms. Press firmly in 8×8 pan
Stir bar mix egg and melted unsalted butter in med bowl till well blended. Spread evenly over crust.
Bake 23-26 mins or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let cool. If you want cut warm bars easily with knife. Store covered.
