Sir people are just not buying cheese like they used to and now we have a huge overstock that is about to expire should I order them to be disposed of???…Johnson my boy we didn’t get rich by just tossing away old cheese…no no no package that expired cheese and sell it under a new “Aged Cheese” variety…there I just saved the day.
