I think the name “carrot cake” scares off folks from trying it. It could be Orange Velvet Cake, but then it’ll confuse people into thinking it’s an orange-flavored cake, which it is not. It should really be renamed to something like Amber Velvet Cake. Yup, that sounds yummy. Let’s make it happen! (Spotted by Robbie at Target.)
