I wonder if the rainbow road ice cream hits you with a spiky blue turtle shell just as you’re about to take your last bite.

I’ve never been a big video gamer-player…but even I instantly figured out that your comment must have been referencing one of the Mario games…and I was right! (I had to look up which one, however; Super Mario Kart, in this case.) š

Rainbow Road is in all of them…

Mari Kart was a childhood favourite of mine! I was always Yoshi, hehe.

I’ve had the Great Value Mint Chocolate Brownie and it’s okaaaay. I wouldn’t buy it again. The mint is quite subtle and brownie pieces have a strange consistency; more like a tootsie roll.

The TJ’S ice cream was underwhelming. Not terrible but not peachy enough.

I’ve tried a couple of the Target Favorite Day ice creams (Midnight Mix In and Caramel Brownie Cake Batter) and I liked ’em both. They’re not super premium so don’t expect that kind of quality but they’re good, reasonably inexpensive ice cream and a definite improvement over Archer Farms.

I can’t keep up with all of the store branded names of Target anymore!

I also tried Midnight Mix and was pleasantly surprised by the density level… enough to grab two more flavors to try, Brookie Dough and S’mores. I don’t know if my store had a freezer problem that day or if Midnight Mix was just the diamond in the rough, but these two went downhill. I only finished them because I felt guilty wasting food.
