  1. Confused about that milk…lactose has naturally occurring milk sugars. Are they removing the lactose? Looks like I have my google project for the day.

    1. Per their website: “The latest product innovation from Maple Hill gives consumers a choice they never thought possible – a zero sugar, zero added sweeteners and zero carb organic milk. The average serving of milk has 12 grams of sugar and Maple Hill’s Soft-Filtering process skims out the sugar, carbs and lactose from the milk, but retains the incredible farm-fresh taste and nutrition.”

Interesting, honestly they should mention about it being lactose free as many consumers have dietary restrictions that prevent them from lactose or at least restrict it.

    2. That sounds better than my Google project, ‘Is envelope glue toxic to cats?’ Thankfully, it’s not, but I might start calling my cat ‘my little stamp licker,’ LOL.

      1. As a fellow cat mom…whose furry one also gets into all sorts of stuff (much to my chagrin)…I feel your pain!

        1. They’re such goofballs! One of my kitties, Calvin, has earned the nickname “Curious Calvin.”

          1. Oh, yes. Been. There. Terrifying. 🙁

(Come to think of it, I’ve had quite a lot of scares with my little girl. Yikes!)

      2. Hahahaha, lol. 🙂 And thanks for the intel! I’m a fellow (crazy) cat lady and cat mum too! And hey! You’ve got someone to help you mail out all of your Christmas cards now! And lol, just made me recall the Seinfeld episode about George causing the death of his fiance.

  2. Not bashing Turkey Hill as a whole, but these ice cream sandwiches were a disservice to their brand. The individual plastic wrappers were riddled with tiny tears, the cookies were stale, and two of them had half the ice cream smooshed out. Quality Assurance needs to get on that. 🙁
