  1. Is anyone else really sick of seeing Keto products? I tried the new Kashi Keto-friendly cereal only because I usually like Kashi cereal and it was something new. It was horrendous and it had the worst aftertaste. I think it was the worst cereal I’ve ever eaten. Diets rarely work and there’s no point in completely cutting out an entire macronutrient from your diet.

    1. You are not alone.

Aside from a few friends who are super athletes I don’t know anyone who could stick with it for longer than a year so my prediction is the trend will fade away soon just as so many before it have.

People assume keto=healthy with no understanding of how it works. Companies are pouncing on this.
