Here are some interesting new products found on store shelves by your fellow readers. If you’ve tried any of the products, share your thoughts about them in the comments.
Caramel waffle??!?!!? I guess stroopwafel was too fancy schmancy.
Tehehe. Shame on them for not properly naming it and broadening people’s horizons!
Yeah, but let’s face it: Only a tiny percentage of people here in the US would have the faintest idea what that was.
So? There is a picture of the flavour on the label and why not deny people a chance to learn something? I doubt that they would get more or less sales depending on what they termed it.
With all due respect: IME (unfortunately), a lot of people don’t seem to be interested in having their horizons expanded. Additionally, as someone who has long worked in both the consumer-packaged-goods and marketing-research sectors, I definitely have seen that the naming of a product (among other things) has a strong correlation to the sales of said item.
Drinking kimchi sounds vomit inducing.
I was going to say the same thing. I’m probably not one to judge because I can’t stand kimchi in the first place, but drinkable fermented cabbage sounds revolting.
Actually it’s wonderful to drink. As long as you’re a fan of spicy, funky, and sour. So yeah, if you’re not into that then it makes sense that you would find it “vomit inducing.” Just like anything fermented (ie. sour beers/kombucha/etc.) with most people it’s a love or hate relationship.
Two bite cupcakes…those are easily one bite.
I can’t think of anything those 2 mustard spreads would be good on.. Such a weird choice in flavor.
Really? I was thinking the complete opposite; I think they both sound delicious, and have been on the hunt for them.
Theres also Key Lime Two Bite cupcakes at Kroger I bought both those and the pineapple. And def just one bite lol
Been lookin everywhere for that Wisepies bacon jalapeno popper pizza but can’t find it. It sounds awesome. I did get the uncured pepperoni hatch chili pizza which was delicious.
