I bought the Sam’s Choice chocolate pumpkins. Definitely worth the $9 I paid :/ Let me break down the flavors for y’all:
-Speculoos (white) = The best flavor. The filling is kind of sandy, but in a good way. It could have used a lot more filling, though.
– Caramel-ganache (dark chocolate) = Second best flavor. The gooey filling isn’t very heavy on caramel flavor, unfortunately.
-Almond praline (white) = If you were expecting the filling to remind you of praline candy, you’re out of luck.
Hazelnut-cookie (milk chocolate) = There’s vague crunchy bits in this candy. But you don’t get hit with either hazelnut OR cookie flavors and textures. So it’s kind of a wasted effort.
-Caramel-hazelnut = They really skimped on the hazelnut flavor (again) and the caramel.
-Hazelnut popping candy (milk chocolate) = If you enjoy Pop Rocks, you might like this one. I outgrew my love of Pop Rocks as an adult, so it was my least favorite one.
Making the entire box dark chocolate filled with Speculoos would have been a better idea, IMO.

Just because you don’t like it doesn’t mean it doesn’t appeal to thousands of other people….there’s a reason it comes back every year.

The regular ‘dairy’ Favorite Day Pumpkin Ice cream is pretty good. Worth picking up if you haven’t tried it.

I hope the official pronunciation is “Favorite Day Bake-er-ay”.
