There’s also a strawberry flavor. An entire container has 30-something grams of protein, but a 2/3 cup serving has around 11-12 grams. Also, the PRO might not only stand for protein, it might also mean probiotics because a serving has 6-7 grams of fiber from soluble corn fiber.
