Hey food scientists who read this site! I know there are a bunch of you. Do you think it’s possible for an Oreo to have a gooey center? I think it would’ve be awesome if this had a jelly-flavored goo. I know the goo would probably soak through the cookie, but is there some kind of edible flavorless sac that could be used?
