Jack in the Box’s new Garlic Herb Fries feature a serving of regular French fries topped with the chain’s signature garlic herb sauce. It’s unclear if the sauce is different than the garlic herb butter used on the chain’s Buttery Jack burgers.

Since the garlic herb butter goes great on a beef patty and French fries, it wouldn’t surprise me if Jack decided in the future to put these Garlic Herb Fries on a burger for a Jack’s Munchie Meal.

A serving has 459 calories, 27 grams of fat, 8 grams of saturated fat, 0.5 grams of trans fat, 29 milligrams of cholesterol, 819 milligrams of sodium, 487 milligrams of potassium, 49 grams of carbohydrates, 4 grams of fiber, 1 gram of sugar, and 4 grams of protein.

Sonic’s new Island Breeze Frozen Drinks come in flavors like Chipotle Spiced Margarita, Pina Colada, and Strawberry Mango Margarita.

Now if you’re thinking you can finally get inebriated at a Sonic, I’m sorry to let you know that none of the new frozen drinks have alcohol. They also don’t come with drink umbrellas or salt around the rim.

Just like all the other beverages on Sonic’s menu, the new Island Breeze Frozen Drinks are available for half-price during Happy Hour all summer long between 2 to 4 p.m.

F’real is getting into popular protein shake game.

This poster was spotted by Impulsive Buy reader James D. at a Cumberland Farms convenience store in Massachusetts. According to James, it’s currently a store exclusive variety. He also tried it and said it tastes like F’real’s regular chocolate shake, but with a slight chalkiness.

As you can see, the F’real Protein Shake has 20 grams of protein. It also has 400 calories. If you’re wondering if it’s a significant protein jump from other shakes, a regular F’real Chocolate Shake has 11 grams of protein, the vanilla one has 13 grams, and the peanut butter cup flavor has 15 grams.

About this time last year, Arby’s gave us the Loaded Italian, a sandwich with a list of ingredients so long that I won’t list them here. This year, Arby’s is introducing a new Italian sandwich — The Italian Meatball.

The sandwich appears to feature meatballs topped with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese on a toasted Italian roll. According to AdAge, the sandwich will be available at Arby’s locations until August.

This isn’t the first Italian meatball sandwich Arby’s has offered. A quick Google search led to the Meatball Toasted Sub, a menu item offered several years ago.

Sonic’s Master Blasts line mixes flavors and ingredients into real vanilla ice cream, but those flavors and ingredients have been on the sweet side. Now the chain has a line of Sweet & Salty Master Blasts that consists of five flavors:

• Salted Caramel Pretzel Cluster
• Dark Chocolate Pretzel & Chip
• Peanut Butter & Chocolate Potato Chip Cluster
