FAST FOOD NEWS: Taco Bell Dare Devil Loaded Grillers

Taco Bell Dare Devil Loaded Grillers

Update: We reviewed it! Click here to read our review of all three.

Taco Bell’s newest menu additions are the Dare Devil Loaded Grillers.

All three come with a warm flour tortilla filled with seasoned beef, nacho cheese, crispy red strips, and your choice of mild chipotle sauce, hot habanero sauce, or fiery ghost pepper sauce. But let’s face it, the Loaded Grillers with habanero and ghost pepper sauces are the only exciting ones worthy of the name Dare Devil.

The mild one has 420 calories, 22 grams of fat, 5 grams of saturated fat, 0 grams of trans fat, 30 milligrams of cholesterol, 940 milligrams of sodium, 43 grams of carbohydrates, and 12 grams of protein.

The medium one has 380 calories, 18 grams of fat, 5 grams of saturated fat, 0 grams of trans fat, 25 milligrams of cholesterol, 900 milligrams of sodium, 44 grams of carbohydrates, and 12 grams of protein.

And the hot one has 400 calories, 20 grams of fat, 5 grams of saturated fat, 0 grams of trans fat, 25 milligrams of cholesterol, 970 milligrams of sodium, 44 grams of carbohydrates, and 11 grams of protein.

You’ve probably noticed that this doesn’t quite match up with the Mild, Hot, and Fiery descriptions, but that’s how they were listed in the nutrition facts sections of Taco Bell’s website.

If you’ve tried any of them, let us know if they caused you to sweat in the comments.

FAST FOOD NEWS: IHOP Cinnamon Sugar and Lemon Strawberry Double-Dipped French Toast

IHOP Cinnamon Sugar Double Dipped French Toast

In 2013, IHOP introduced their Brioche French Toast. Making them involves dunking thick slices of brioche bread into a vanilla batter and then sticking them on the griddle. This year, IHOP is adding an addition step to all of that to create their Double-Dipped French Toast.

After being dipped into the vanilla batter, the soaked bread is then dipped into corn flakes and oatmeal before being griddled. There are two Double-Dipped French Toast varieties: Cinnamon Sugar (sprinkled with cinnamon sugar and whipped topping) and Lemon Strawberry (topped with lemonade cream and glazed strawberries).

They’re available as an entree or as part of a combo and will be available at participating IHOP restaurants until September 20.
