To be honest, I have no idea what cottage cheese is used for. I’ve just been blindly posting cottage cheese photos all these years without having tried it. Is it actually cheese or is it a Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product, like Velveeta. Is it made in a cottage? I’m sorry I’m so ill-informed about cottage cheese.
