FAST FOOD NEWS: Little Caesars Smokehouse Pizza

Little Caesars Smokehouse Pizza

Update: We reviewed it! Click here to read our review.

Little Caesars’ new Smokehouse Pizza is like a meat lovers pizza, but not with the typical meats you’d find one. There’s no pepperoni, Italian sausage, ham, or beef.

But it does have three types of meat — beef brisket, pulled pork, and Applewood-smoked bacon crumbles.

The brisket is made using Midwest beef that has been brined with a proprietary blend of spices, then it’s pit-smoked with Hickory wood for 8-10 hours. The pulled pork is smoked for 10-12 hours in a rotisserie-style pit.

The pizza is also topped with mozzarella and Muenster cheeses and BBQ sauce, and is finished with a smokehouse-seasoned crust.

Starting February 27, Little Caesars Smokehouse Pizza will be available for a limited time at participating locations for $9. It’s also available HOT-N-READY from 4-8 p.m.

If you’ve tried it, let us know what you think of it in the comments.

  1. I’m glad to see that this is getting a wider rollout. I think it was in a few test markets some months ago, but nothing near me. I enjoyed the BBQ Smokehouse pizza that Pizza Hut came out with a couple of years ago, so I’m looking forward to seeing this one. There is no mention of onions in the description, so that’s another plus.

  2. The counter person at LC tried to pitch this to me. I’m just not a fan of steakhouse anything. I might still give it a try one of these days. I am too simplistic with my pizza (usually pepperoni and cheese).

  3. I wish the LC pizza that had alfredo sauce you posted about last year had received a national release. Really wanted to try it!

  4. This pizza is absolutely amazing. We loved it, Don’t let this one go Little Caesars…. It is a keeper. Best pizza ever.
