PRIZE DRAWING: Because Deep Down You Want To Know What Torani’s Chicken ‘N Waffles Syrup Tastes Like

Torani Chicken & Waffles Giveaway

I have an unopened bottle of Torani’s Chicken ‘N Waffles Flavoring Syrup sitting on my desk. I also have an open bottle sitting in my kitchen cabinet that’s three-fourths full and hasn’t been used in weeks. Since it looks like I won’t be opening the unopened bottle any time soon, I’m going to give it away to a lucky Impulsive Buy reader and let them open it.

Yup, I know. Greatest. TIB. Giveaway. Ever.

Since many of you are probably not interested in entering a giveaway to win a bottle of chicken and waffles-flavored syrup, I’ve decided to sweeten the pot by including $20 Target gift card with the syrup.

  1. I liked those chicken and waffles chips more than I thought I would, so maybe I’ll like this as well.

  2. I plan to put this in a whiskey and soda. Chicken and waffle coctail. Because if Im putting it on a waffle, I would only need the syrup to be chicken flavored….mrs buttersworth with a hint of fried chicken

  3. Fried chicken is my number one favorite food
Waffles are my number two favorite food
So I’m not sure why I’m so hesitant to try the combination.
Maybe easing into it syrup-form will help

  4. I have tried some of the worst fast food, the strangest processed meat products, and the most questionable booze combinations solely out of my love for novelty. I’ll treat her good if she comes my way.

  5. I don’t REALLY want to know what this tastes like. At least I don’t think I do.

Target gift card sounds good though.

  6. Maybe if I mixed this with some whipped cream vodka and poured it on some waffles I could make an awesome drunk breakfast

  7. I have a friend who would die for this stuff – personally I think it is gross! She loves those new Lays – ewww.

  8. I really enjoy following your blog , you have an awesome sense of humor & I have been wanting to try this syrup but have not been lucky enough to find it in any of the stores around me

  9. Realistically I would be perfectly happy with just the bottle of syrup, the gift card would be a pretty sweet bonus though.

  10. I know it will be gross but I still want to try it. And I will use the Target giftcard to buy mouthwash to erase the taste of it.

  11. Yes Please, I will happily receive and probably consume your weird bottle of liquid!!

  12. Gimmie this sizzurp, Marvo. We are instagram friends so I think I deserve this ridiculousness.

  13. I would be interested in trying this, the chips are next to impossible to find around here, but if I do find them again I will put the syrup on the chips… CHICKENWAFFLECEPTION! 😀

  14. I’d love to choke down the sweet and savory taste of chicken and waffles with my morning coffee! Cant wait until my coworkers ask me how my midnight Waffle House run was in the morning after drinking this.

  15. well what the heck are you supposed to do with it? put it in my coffee so it feels like im getting a complete breakfast? is the syrup vegetarian friendly?

  16. If I win this I might switch it out with the real syrup and trick my sister into using it

  17. I love Chicken ‘n Waffles. I doubt that I will love Chicken ‘n Waffles-flavored syrup, but hey, who knows. I may go on a 24-hr Torani binge and wake up in the alley behind my friendly neighborhood 7-11

  18. This syrup is one of those things I’d have to try, if only for bragging rights…

  19. hmmm… I’m curious. I thought the Lay’s Chicken and Waffles chips were decent enough, but not too enjoyable. $20 is an added bonus 🙂

  20. Yum! I love chicken. I love waffles. Lets bring them together and make food love 🙂

  21. If I win this, I’m mixing it with whiskey for an all-American drink. And it will taste like victory.

  22. Well, I like some of Torani’s other weird flavors (the cookie dough one is good). And I REALLY like Target gift cards… so here goes!

  23. If I decide to go really crazy one night, I could dunk some of those nasty Lay’s chicken and waffle chips into this (likely equally nasty) chicken and waffle syrup for a tasty late night (must have been drinking too much) treat.

  24. I wonder how this would taste in coffee. The thought of that makes me want to hurl. Might be better in a vanilla milkshake.

  25. There has got to be some cool savory dish that this syrup can be worked into. Or, hell, cookies? Bacon and chocolate chip cookies are flippin’ delicious, so maybe some sort of chicken and waffle snickerdoodle? 🙂

  26. Even though I’m vegetarian and have never tried chicken and waffles, I would love to try this out.

  27. After reading the review, I’m not sure I could stomach it. But that $20 sure would help get the taste out of my mouth 🙂

  28. I don’t eat meat, but I enjoyed the turkey Jones Soda a few years back… it was vegetarian! I’d try this.

  29. Is it for chicken and waffles or does it taste like chicken and waffles? The mystery must be solved!

  30. Am I allowed to put this on chicken and waffles, sprinkled with chicken and waffles chips, or would that break the rules and also my stomach?

  31. Thanks for the kindness !! It’s okay if you send pics of Leia. I have a fat lop ear rabbit named Chewbacca, they might get along!

Great blog, I’m very glad I discovered it.

  32. So I could use this to make italian sodas, and drink Chicken and Waffles soda while eating Chicken and Waffles chips…

Something seems terribly off about that.

  33. Halleluyer, I believe this is a product our house needs enough to know we need it, but not enough to pay for it.

  34. Cluck, cluck, cluck, cluck, cluck, cluck, cluck, cluck, cluck, cluck, cluck, cluck, cluck, cluck, cluck, CLUCK!

  35. I’m not really sure what I would do with this syrup, but I still would like a chance to try it.

  36. If I win this contest, I’ll put chicken n waffle syrup in my beer while eating fried chicken while I listen to the greatest cd of all time: Ludacris’ Chicken-n-Beer.

  37. What a lovely opportunity to taint any foodstuff with the essence of chicken n waffles! Chicken n Waffles milkshake perhaps? Chicken n Waffles mashed potatoes?

  38. Oh! I’ve been really curious about the Chicken n Waffles syrup since I saw the Hawaii News Now video.

  39. I have wanted to try this but cant find it where I live, so hope I win. Love your site.

  40. Hmmm so trying to appeal to the relevance of this post won’t matter? Cool :), aint nobody got time for that anyway!

  41. I would very much like the opportunity to make a chicken n’ waffles shake. Or rub it all over my chest.

  42. I can’t imagine what this should be used for, but if I won I would make it my mission to find out.

  43. If April fools wasn’t over, secretly pouring this on to someone’s food would be awesome!

  44. I wonder if you could coat a chicken with waffle batter, then cook it…would it taste the same?

  45. Lay’s made chicken and waffle chips. Now there shall be chicken and waffle pretzels, popcorn, nuts, and chicken and waffle flavored baked chicken

  46. I am really curious to see how this tastes, I can’t find it anywhere in my area and I’m really intrigued by that flavor.

  47. Sounds interesting, though I’d never heard of eating chicken and waffles together until recently. What’s next? Bananas and meatloaf?

  48. I’ve never had chicken AND waffles before. I’m interested in how the two would mesh…

  49. I’ve actually never tried chicken and waffles! I’ve heard it’s actually good! 😛

  50. Sounds like a perfect gag birthday gift for my boyfriend! And the Target gc for meeeee

  51. I just found this website about an hour ago…where have you been all my life?!?! I am a sucker for seeking out and trying new products. If its weird, it’s in my mouth…umm… know what I mean. I’d love to make a milkshake out of this syrup and I’m a huge fan of Rosco’s Chicken and Waffles so I would be more than stoked if you picked me!!! But either way you have a new fan 🙂

  52. Hello. You are astoundingly glamorous and the promise of these gifts lead me to feel tingly. I am a lover of both chickens and delicious, sweet breakfast waffled. Also, Target makes me tingle as well. I will be waiting to win!

  53. LOVE Chicken & Waffles and living in the South where it’s pretty easy access. Although I’m not sure about a Torani syrup, it definitely sounds intriguing! 🙂

    1. I’ve been reading your blog here since 2007 when I first read your review of Libbys zesty barbecue vienna sausage. You referring to them as “Life’s little fuck you” made me a fan for life.

  54. I love when people push unwanted syrups off on me ;3 I’ll find a way to use it, I always do!

  55. I’ve been curious about this syrup since the first rumors about it hit the web. Could also really use the gc. Thanks.

  56. I am very curious to try this, I am another who has never tried actual chicken and waffles!

  57. This chicken and waffles flavor thing is getting out of hand. What happened to the good ol’ days of just having plain ol’ chicken and waffles?
