Triple Stack

If you have meat on your mind, Arby’s Mega Meat Stacks might meet your needs (Yup, I just did that. I’m sorry). The line consists of three sandwiches that offer different combinations of five meats — roast beef (of course, because it’s Arby’s), turkey, ham, pepper bacon, and corned beef.

The Triple Stack features turkey, roast beef, pepper bacon, lettuce, tomato, and mayo on honey wheat bread. It has 910 calories, 45 grams of fat, 11 grams of saturated fat, 1 gram of trans fat, 2690 milligrams of sodium, and 55 grams of protein.

Club Stack

Next, there’s the Club Stack which is ham, turkey, Swiss cheese, pepper bacon, lettuce, tomato, and mayo on a harvest wheat bun. It has 560 calories, 27 grams of fat, 9 grams of saturated fat, 0 grams of trans fat, 2500 milligrams of sodium, and 45 grams of protein.

Reuben Super Stack

Finally, there’s the Reuben Super Stack which is made up of corned beef, turkey, Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, and thousand island dressing on marble-rye bread. This sandwich has 740 calories, 30 grams of fat, 8 grams of saturated fat, 0.5 grams of trans fat, 3400 milligrams of sodium (yes, I’m going to bold that), and 54 grams of protein.

  1. Love Arby’s Turkey and Bacon, but I don’t get why they don’t leverage their Angus more. It’s so much better than the crappy regular roast beef.
