Here are some interesting new and limited edition products found on store shelves by us and your fellow readers. If you’ve tried any of the products, share your thoughts about them in the comments.
I soooo want to dip an Oreo cookie into that Yoplait Original Cookies ‘n Cream Yogurt. But I do believe the lip of the container is not wide enough for an Oreo. (Spotted by Dubba at Walmart.)
Dannon Oikos Triple Zero Greek Yogurt is being marketed to men and it’s the Official Yogurt of the NFL. It’s called Triple Zero because is has no added sugar, no artificial sweeteners, and no fat. It comes in six flavors: Vanilla, Coconut Crème, Strawberry, Banana Crème, Mixed Berry, and Peach. I will continue to suck on Yoplait Go-Gurt. (Spotted by Sarah at Walmart and another Sarah at Walmart.)
These Great Value Limited Edition Seasonal Delights Yogurt flavors look like they’re from a season other than the one we’re currently in. (Spotted by Chibi at Walmart.)
I totally forgot about Müller yogurt. They just get lost among the Yoplaits, Dannons, Chobanis, Fages, YoCrunchs, Stonyfields, Libertés, LaYogurts, The Greek Gods, Siggi’s, Noosas, Mountain Highs, Voskos, and all the store brands. (Spotted by Lisa at Walmart.)

I am glad Yoplait is doing some interesting flavors for the Regular variety. The Low Fat line has all these dessert flavors but taste terrible trying to get the calorie/fat down slightly. I would much rather just eat a the regular line with those flavors, if they made them.
Awww another Sarah was in yogurt bliss with me! I got the coconut but haven’t tried it yet. Had the 100 cal greek (Dannon I think?) caramel cappuccino yesterday and it was pretty good.
Why couldn’t Yoplait attempt a crunch topping to add more interesting variety.
The sheer number of yogurt brands and varieties is mind-blowing
I find it frighting that there are probably more different types of yogurt than there are of chips
January should be considered national yogurt month.
The Muller Raspberry and chocolate yogurt is absolutely amazing! I’ve had one every day for the past week. I feel like I’m eating a raspberry mousse dessert instead of yogurt.
I’m on a low carb diet and noticed the Dannon Oikos Triple Zero greek yogurt last week and thought I would try it.
Wow! Dannon hit it out of the park with this one (and no I don’t work for Dannon). It’s thick, smooth, creamy and very tasty. Plus, it has 15 grams of protein, 6 grams of fiber, zero fat, zero sugar and zero artificial sweeteners. The only downside is that the store I shop at only carries 3 flavors. Hopefully that will change in the future.
I have tried the cookies n cream Yoplait yogurt. I personally did not like the “tang” of yogurt mixed with chocolate. That’s just a personal preference though.
