Here are some interesting new and limited edition products found on store shelves by us and your fellow readers. If you’ve tried any of the products, share your thoughts about them in the comments.

Trader Joe's Milk Chocolate Jumbles

QUINOA!!! **shakes fist** Leave our bad-for-you treats alone! (Spotted by Sylvia at Trader Joe’s.)

Rockstar Island Fruit Flavor Organic Energy Drink

Rockstar Organic has organic caffeine from organic green coffee beans, organic cane sugar, and the word “organic” too many times on its can. (Spotted by Joshua at Shell.)

Rockstar Lime Freeze and Pina Colada Energy Drink

I do not have enough fingers and toes to count the number of Rockstar Energy flavors there are now. (Spotted by Rene at FoodMaxx.)

Angie's Boom Chicka Pop Sweet Barbeque Popcorn

I read on the internet that these might be a Hy-Vee exclusive flavor. If that’s the case, it’s BOOM CHICKA NOT for those of us who don’t live in the Midwest. (Spotted by Tabitha at Hy-Vee.)

Angies Boom Chicka Pop Strawberry Cupcake

When I think of romantic gifts to give to my sweetheart, I think of strawberry cupcake flavored kettle corn. Because I’m a cheap bastard. (Spotted by Sarah at Target.)

  1. Not to worry, the quinoa should make them tasty but not really healthy… I’ve had Andean Dream cookies that are made with quinoa (gluten-free) and they’re good. But not really any more healthy than an Oreo.

  2. Had the Rockstar Lime Freeze this weekend in NY. Minty with a lot lime, but might be too sour for some people. I thought it was pretty decent. Couldn’t find the Pina Colada, but will search again.

  3. I am a diehard a Lo-Carb Monster chick for years; would never drink RS….until hubby had me try the RS Pina Colada. It doesn’t have that energy drink after taste, and taste exactly like a pina colada. I’m hooked! Downfall – only sold at some convenient stores in SoCal
