Sometimes I forget I buy things.
And that was the case with Fiber One’s new Cheesecake Bar flavors — chocolate and key lime. About two weeks ago, a Fiber One representative emailed me and asked if I would like to try the new flavors, and I said sure. But, at the time, I forgot I already bought them a few days earlier. So now I have extra boxes and I want to give them away to a lucky Impulsive Buy reader.

Fiber One products always make me laugh because they have built-in portion control. You only need to screw up once and have a second brownie or whatever, and then you pay for the next 48 hours! The key lime sounds awesome….one at a time. 🙂
We always get a laugh out of Fiber One bars… a few years ago, while on vacation my son (then 8) was able to pick anything he wanted to buy for breakfast at the hotel. He was picking for his sister, too. So he chooses the Fiber One Brownie bars! My husband and daughter were SO mad! They are like “You are 8! not 80!” To this day, he insists they are an awesome breakfast choice. But I have anyways wanted to try the cheesecake bars! Never have, but dammit if they are as good as those brownie bars… I’m set!
