‘Tis the season of maple, so Wendy’s has rolled out its new Bacon Maple Chicken Sandwich.

The sweet and savory sandwich features a lightly-breaded chicken breast, Swiss cheese, Applewood smoked bacon (sadly, not maple bacon), and a maple glaze on a flaky croissant bun.

It has 680 calories, 34 grams of fat, 14 grams of saturated fat, 0 gram of trans fat, 125 milligrams of cholesterol, 1450 milligrams of sodium, 57 grams of carbohydrates, 1 gram of fiber, 10 grams of sugar, and 38 grams of protein.

  1. Eating one right now. The bun does have a ‘breakfast’ feel to it, but I really like it…and the sandwich overall. Mine was not spicy at all. The maple glaze is a nice touch! The cheese had no effect on the taste, in my opinion.
