From what I’ve read, these don’t seem to be exclusive flavors. According to this Reddit thread, along with Target, they’ve been spotted at a Wendy’s and AMC Theaters Coke Freestyle machines. (Spotted by @sldy93 at Target.)

They also have them in the Burger King Freestyles here in Alabama. The strawberry is quite good, the raspberry lemon is less so.
Can confirm. Saw it at two BKs, a wendies, and I think a Jack’s over the past month. Raspberry lemon is a really nice break out of the fruit+vanilla or just citrus molds.
