If you’re one of those folks who wishes McDonald’s Quarter Pounder had more roughage on top of it to somewhat compensate for all the meat and cheese, the new Quarter Pounder Deluxe is for you. If you’re one of those folks who remember previous Quarter Pounder Deluxes, you have a great memory.
The 2019 version features 1/4 lb. of 100 percent fresh beef that’s cooked when you order*, crisp leaf lettuce, three Roma tomato slices, two slices of American cheese, mayonnaise, slivered onions, and pickles on a sesame seed bun.
The Quarter Pounder Deluxe has 640 calories, 38 grams of fat, 15 grams of saturated fat, 1.5 grams of trans fat, 110 milligrams of cholesterol, 1170 milligrams of sodium, 44 grams of carbohydrates, 3 grams of fiber, 11 grams of sugar, and 31 grams of protein.
If you’ve tried it, let us know what you think of it in the comments.

I’m confused. I ate many QPC deluxe sandwiches during the $1 any sandwich mania of 2018. Is this different lettuce, more tomato slices, or…?
Quarter Pounder Deluxe has also been a regular item on my McDonalds’ menu for as long as I can remember. It even has a meal number and official signage, so I wouldn’t think it was just a local thing.
Since they removed the big n tasty, which was my favorite go to, I comprised with the quarter pounder deluxe. Now again it happened. Out of the blue I went to order my usual and was told it was no longer an option. What is left for choices now does not have any interest for my return.
Why does the Deluxe version have so much more sodium? 1100mg vs 700mg for the regular quarter pounder
