Burger King will start testing a possible plant-based follow-up to its Impossible Whopper — the Impossible Croissan’wich.
The breakfast sandwich will feature all the usual accoutrements you’d find with a Croissan’wich – toasted croissant, egg, and cheese – but will come with a seasoned plant-based sausage patty.
The test will begin at participating restaurants in late January in the following markets:
- Savannah, GA
- Albuquerque, NM
- Montgomery, AL
- Lansing, MI
- Springfield, IL

A sausage always has meat in it. Why call something vegetarian a sausage?
Yeeeaaaahhh nope. It’s no healthier. Humans are omnivores.
I think it sounds like a great idea. For those who don’t eat meat.
