When I saw these, I thought, “What the hell are casserole bites?” Are they a thing? Then I Googled them, which led me to being slapped with enough casserole bite recipes to fill several cookbooks. Now if you’ll excuse me, I have to buy a mini muffin pan. (Spotted by Leonard G at Shoprite.)
I’ve never heard of these either. Now I want to both buy those pre-made ones and make them myself!
Funny how they all kind of look the same. Are these like the Stuffed Hash Browns that they sell? Seems to be the same basic ingredient packages.
