Update: We tried it! Click here to read our review.

I don’t think I’ve ever had a Little Debbie Cosmic Brownie in my life. Are they out of this world? Am I missing out? (Spotted by Michael F at Giant.)

  1. “I don’t think I’ve ever had a Little Debbie Cosmic Brownie in my life. Are they out of this world? Am I missing out?”

My recollection? Nope. They were just meh brownies and nothing I ever desired to eat again.

    1. Your recollection is sooooooo off base! Little Debbie brownies are one of the most disgusting things in the entire universe!!!!! No joke!!!!!

    2. I grew up in a house where homemade brownies were made quite often and I LOVED the Cosmic Brownies. They have a really fudgy consistency and the little colorful M&M-like gems on top were a welcome addition.

      1. You are f’ing certifiable! You need to get your taste buds checked, they are clearly broken!

        1. Well they clearly have a large enough fan club to turn them into a cereal. No need to be insulting about it as this is typically a fun place.

          1. It’s a free country. I’m free to insult you, and you’re free to eat as many utterly disgusting brownies as you wish.

      2. Twix, I agree. I also grew up around all homebaked goods and every now and then for a treat I was allowed a store bought sweet like this. Even still sometimes I get a craving. They are one of those things that I eat now and still find the same pleasure I had as a child.

  2. Are you missing out? Not really. Are they good? For sure. But they’re very soft and chewy, so not sure how they’ll translate into a cereal. Definitely will try, though.

  3. I like a cosmic brownie every once in a great while… but I don’t really think of them as brownies, as in when I have a brownie craving, these are NOT what I would go for. In the same way I also like a Totino’s pizza every once in a great while, but not when I crave actual pizza. Cosmic brownies are sort of a junk food version of brownies, if you don’t consider brownies to be junk food to begin with 🙂

      1. Yes, they are, because they have no nutritional value and they’re bad for you. That’s why it’s called junk food. It has absolutely nothing to do with how well made they are.

        1. I have not had one since I was a kid; there is no reason to insult people so horribly.

  4. It’s a matter of opinion if something is bad for you. I’ll sure try these if they come up.
