I admit i got trapped by a FB ad and ended up trying a bottle of Truff hot sauce. I tried it several times on several different foods and just couldn’t stand it. Maybe i just don’t like truffles.
Yeah, truffles have an extremely strong flavour profile and the tiniest amount goes A LONG way. I am a fan, as long as used judiciously. And I much prefer truffle salt over truffle oil. Truffled popcorn with parmesan say what!
I tried those Whole Wheat Mission Pita breads and they were HORRIBLE! Super dry, and the entire thing splits open with very little pressure. Impossible to use as a pita bread. Worked out okay as a pita bread pizza though
