What are those yellow sprinkles? I see the ghosts and bats, but those yellow ones don’t look like skulls or leaves that are yellow on the packaging. Are they worms? Moonlight? (Spotted by Robbie at H-E-B.)

The yellow sprinkles are sprinkles! Alternatively they can be whatever you would like them to be if you are into turning your cookies into a Rorschach test.

Really? This is all that Nestle can come up with? Sigh–a lost opportunity.
To be fair, they also have a PB&J cookie, the obligatory Pumpkin Spice cookie, and Cinnamon Roll cookies. The latter sound interesting.
Meh, it’s Nestle. I wouldn’t expect much more.

What can I say? I’m just optimistic that they’re capable of doing better–an average home cook could. 😉
