The creme is toffee-flavored, and it has sugar crystals in it. Sure, there could’ve been actual toffee bits, but it also could’ve not had anything in the creme since, technically, the cookie could count toward the crunch. (Spotted by Bob K at Walmart.)

Ditto! This is the first LTO Oreo that I’ve been interested in purchasing in ages.
The toffee crunch Oreo was ok for a try buy … But the other one they released was the ultimate chocolate Oreo and that one was much better.
