I think this sounds delicious! My local ice cream shop has a flavor that has Otterbein sugar cookies (thin sugar cookies made in Baltimore, MD) in vanilla ice cream and it’s amazing! Nothing wrong with vanilla. It usually wins over chocolate for a reason.
Ben & Jerry’s had a sugar cookie-adjacent flavor for a while and it was one of my all time faves… On paper, it does sound less exciting than the other milk bar flavors. but for me specifically, YEEEEEEHAW!
