I don’t know if it’s because there are so many pumpkin spice products in the world, but I feel as if I’ve seen this in previous years. Maybe I saw it in another dimension? (Spotted by Robbie at Sam’s Club.)

You are not mistaken! Trader Joe’s has had pumpkin empanadas also (within the last couple years, I think – I still have a box of them in the freezer lol).
With cream cheese. Interesting. I’ve never tried to make a pumpkin pie. Is cream cheese usually in pumpkin pie filling? I feel like pumpkin pie would translate very well to an empanada. Hope to see a review.
