Baskin-Robbins’ Flavor of the Month for November 2023 is Turkey Day Fixin’s. The base of the Thanksgiving-inspired flavor features sweet potato ice cream made with real sweet potatoes and?autumn?spice ice cream that has a seasonal blend of cinnamon, cardamom, clove, sage, and thyme. Honey cornbread?pieces and cranberry sauce swirls made with Ocean Spray cranberries are mixed into the ice creams.
A small 2.5-ounce scoop has 170 calories, 7 grams of fat, 4.5 grams of saturated fat, 30 milligrams of cholesterol, 80 milligrams of sodium, 23 grams of carbohydrates, 0 grams of fiber, 19 grams of sugar (including 15 grams of added sugar), and 2 grams of protein.

Honestly I’d love to try this, but here in Canada the B&R flavour of the month for November is brownie cheesecake. We observe Thanksgiving in October.
Sounds very intriguing. Before I got through this write up, I thought I’d encounter that it had gravy swirls in it as well. IIRC, Jones soda had a turkey soda.
I’m not really on board with the sage, though. For my palate, sage has very limited applications, and must be used lightly.
