SPOTTED: Chobani Limited Batch Spiced Holiday Nog Greek Yogurt

I could’ve sworn there was a Chobani nog-flavored Greek yogurt before. (Spotted by Tommy at Hannaford.)

If you’re out shopping and see new products, snap a picture of them, and send them in via an email ([email protected]) with where you found them and “Spotted” in the subject line. Also, if you want to send in photos and are wondering if we’ve already covered something or if they’re new, don’t worry about it. Let us worry about it.

  1. There’s one at Trader Joe’s, but I’ve never seen Chobani’s version. I have no interest in eggnog flavor, so maybe I’m crazy, but I don’t think I’ve seen Chobani eggnog flavor in the past. I buy Chobani regularly, too.

    1. Correct, TJ has had eggnog yogurt, as well as Aldi (under the ‘Friendly Farms’ label)…up until now, Chobani had not. Aldi has also had cranberry and mint choc chip flavors out at the same time as the eggnog flavor…am surprised nobody else has had cranberry (Wegmans did have a mint choc chip flavor, however).

I’m not much of an eggnog fan either but I did try both TJ and Aldi’s versions, and found them to be good with a sprinkling of ground nutmeg on top 🙂

      1. Wegman’s used to have an eggnog flavor, too.

And I don’t know what’s up with Aldi, but they haven’t had their season yogurt flavors in a while. I’ve missed their maple Greek yogurt.

  2. Yes, TJ’s and their cousin Aldi both had one. Neither were terribly good, and neither is Chobani’s version. Also, I don’t remember if/when WATER figured so prominently in Chobani’s ingredient list, but I felt like this cup was runnier than my past experience with the brand.
