  1. I’m not a sweets person, in general…never mind, marshmallows…but those peppermint-flavored ones actually sound tasty. I love all things mint.

      1. Yes…those were great!

And, as always, thanks for being such a diligent contributor to the Spotted section. You really make the rounds, store-wise. ?

        1. I do…I just enjoy looking at what’s new out there…. always been like that. I work at home and when I get out, I just need to get out of the house and browse (didn’t do that other than HEB/Kmart as a kid). Plus I appreciate that everyone enjoys the pics as I enjoy looking at others. Till this day too my mom tells me I used to admire the cereal aisle…still do… best times!
Thank you for looking forward for the latest finds!

          1. You do a terrific job, too! Love seeing all the new products you find and then looking for them at my local stores. Sadly, I can’t always find them or they are exclusive to stores not near where I live but still fun to look!

  2. Thank you DJ! Same goes for me with Kroger, Aldi, and other stores outside Texas! Road trip! I’ll be in FL for the first time next month and I’m looking forward to see a Publix! We’ll see if I spot anything 🙂

    1. I’m envious that you have H-E-B, Robbie. Seriously, sooo many of the things in the Spotted section that appeal to me, the most, are from there. I’m not in Texas, so I’m out of luck.

When I visit my sister and her family, in Virginia (which I did, in April), I love checking out the Wegmans, near them.

Keep up the good work, and looking forward to seeing your new Florida finds!

      1. Aww! Yes HEB is great! Over the years they have gotten creative and awesome in making new stuff. They once had a job opening for store brand cereal R&D… of course I applied and tried… but I have 0 background other than loving cereal! Maybe something will open again someday. I’ve never been to a Wegmans, I do watch QVC a ton and notice they use their brand stuff. And will do on my spots and hope to find something cool!

        1. Man, I would’ve also totally applied for that position. I don’t have R&D experience, but am in marketing, and specialize in the CPG (consumer-packaged goods) sector. (Incidentally,
I’m also in between professional roles, right now.) That sounds like it would’ve been a cool job.

          Enjoy your Xmas work-party trip!

          1. That is so cool! There was another gig that involved shelving for general mills at HEB..I could have totally done that too! By trait I’m an educator (PhD SPED) doing different things for Healthcare, while still helping the population.. but I would love to do something involving food too lol. Thank you for the kind words!

    2. Your welcome! Road trips are always fun and, now, a good reason for them! We live in Pennsylvania and when visiting our grandchildren in Indiana I try to get to the different stores out that way to see if there are any new things that you haven’t spotted yet! LOL!

      1. LOL! I hope to discover a few things! I’m going for a work Christmas party, so it all will be fun! Keep you posted!

    3. I’m another reader who really appreciates (and looks forward to!) your latest store finds. Thanks for being such a terrific shopper! When you’re in Florida at Publix, be sure to check out their outrageous Publix Premium seasonal ice cream flavors. They’re really creative and taste as good as they look. Please keep shopping and sending your great finds because you readers like me are grateful for all you do!

      1. You are most welcome and thank you for the kind words Tracey! I’m so looking forward to see those ice creams you mentioned! Keep you posted!
