Actual birthday cake and milk would probably be healthier.
Why would you care about something being healthy when it comes to birthday cake? You can indulge in things sometimes. I’m not saying this is something I would typically go for, but there’s nothing wrong with eating it if you enjoy stuff like this.
Then buy some Grape Nuts instead. “Birthday Cake Loaded Cereal” is not being positioned as a health food. Who cares.
