I’m all for new Dot’s Homestyle Pretzel flavors! (Spotted by Scott H at Walmart.)
If you’re out shopping and see new products, snap a picture of them, and send them in via an email ([email protected]) with where you found them and “Spotted” in the subject line. Also, if you want to send in photos and are wondering if we’ve already covered something or if they’re new, don’t worry about it. Let us worry about it.
I always want to try these pretzels but they’re like $7-8 a bag in my local grocery stores, and /ouch/.
You should get the cinnamon sugar ones. Those were awesome.
I was of that mindset also, then about a month ago they did a $5 Monday special on them, so I bought a bag of the “original seasoned” variety.
I thought they were awful, the seasoning was so light I got no discernible flavor at all, but mainly for me, they just lacked salt. If you put 3 or more in your mouth, I’d equate it to that bite of a burrito that’s a big wad of flour tortilla, that you chew on and it turns “pasty”. The remaining half bag is now in that spot of the snack cupboard where you put stuff to go stale. so you can justify throwing them away…
