The Milka Chocolate Oreo bar is amazing. I would bet this is much lower quality chocolate, but you can’t go wrong with chocolate and Oreos.
The photo failed to include the manufacturer, Frankford, which is a crime. It is waxy, cheap “chocolate”. Little kids don’t usually care though.
Yep – dark chocolatey shell. Quality so low they can’t legally call it chocolate.
