I feel as if in the 80s or 90s there was a product similar to this from one of the big cereal brands. I didn’t find anything via Google, so it must be that Kellogg’s ripped it out from my dreams much like Law & Order writers rip out storylines from headlines. (Spotted by Robbie at Walmart.)
I thought these cookies already existed, but I think I’m just confusing the packaging’s orange color with Tate’s Oranges & Cream Cookies. (Spotted by Amanda Y at Kroger.)
Looking at this makes me think of Reese’s Chocolate Lovers Peanut Butter Cups. And thinking of those Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups makes me wonder why there hasn’t been Keebler Peanut Butter Fudge Stripes with peanut butter flavored shortbread and fudge stripes or peanut butter flavored fudge with chocolate shortbread?
