Dunkin’ Donuts has added two fruit smoothies to their frozen beverage menu — Strawberry Banana and Tropical Mango.

Both smoothies are made with real fruit and low-fat yogurt. If you’re wondering what real fruit, the Strawberry Banana has diced strawberries, strawberry banana flavored concentrate, banana puree, and strawberry puree. The tropical one has tropical mango flavored concentrate, mango puree concentrate, passion fruit puree, diced pineapple, and, the very tropical, diced peaches.

A small Strawberry Banana has 250 calories, 2.5 grams of fat, 1.5 grams of saturated fat, 95 milligrams of sodium, 54 grams of carbohydrates, 2 grams of fiber, 45 grams of sugar, and 5 grams of protein. A 16-ounce Tropical Mango has 260 calories, 2 grams of fat, 1 gram of saturated fat, 90 milligrams of sodium, 57 grams of carbohydrates, 1 gram of fiber, 50 grams of sugar, and 5 grams of protein.

White Castle Corn Dog Nibblers

Want to stick corn dogs into a White Castle Slider? Now you can with their new Corn Dog Nibblers which, according to their website, are 100 percent white meat chicken wrapped in sweet honey cornbread.

White Castle has also brought back their Shrimp Nibblers and Mac & Cheese Nibblers, which were originally introduced in 2013. The seafood Nibblers are butterfly shrimp with a light and crispy coating, while the mac & cheese version are cheddar cheese and macaroni coated with a crispy cheddar batter.

If want to try all three varieties and order online, you can get a special deal called “Flight of Nibblers” that includes medium-sized portions of each.

The Nibblers are available for a limited time.

Little Caesars Cheese N Pretzel Dippers

Little Caesars has brought back their Soft Pretzel Crust Pepperoni Pizza, but along with the return of their popular pizza they’ve also introduced Cheese-N-Pretzel Dippers.

The carb-heavy side features 16 buttery, salty, toasted soft pretzel bites with a container of warm cheddar cheese dip. It’s available at all US Little Caesars locations and will have a price of $3.49.

Little Caesars’ Soft Pretzel Crust Pepperoni Pizza and Cheese-N-Pretzel Dippers will be available until August 30, 2015.

Brain freeze plus puckering is definitely not a pretty look, but that might happen with Slurpee’s newest flavor — Sour Patch Watermelon. The flavor will be available at participating 7-Eleven stores during its 100 Days of Summer promotion that began on July 1st.

An 8-ounce serving has 90 calories, 0 grams of fat, 25 milligrams of sodium, 26 grams of carbohydrates, 23 grams of sugar, and 0 grams of protein.

Whataburger’s latest limited time only menu item is the Sweet & Spicy Bacon Burger. It features two beef patties and is topped with bacon, grilled onions, Monterey Jack cheese, American cheese, mustard, and Whataburger’s new Sweet & Spicy Pepper Sauce on a toasted bun.

The burger has 1070 calories, 550 calories from fat, 61 grams of fat, 23 grams of saturated fat, 2 grams of trans fat, 135 milligrams of cholesterol, 2270 milligrams of sodium, 69 grams of carbohydrates, 18 grams of sugar, 3 grams of fiber, and 59 grams of protein.

A smaller Sweet & Spicy Bacon Burger Jr is also available.
