Sonic has rolled out two varieties of hot and crispy bites for your fingers and taste buds.

The Chili Cheese Bites are Sonic’s signature chili with cheese in a crispy corn chip coating. The Bacon Mac & Cheese Bites feature creamy macaroni and cheese blended with savory bacon pieces and coated in a light, crispy batter.

A small order of the Chili Cheese Bites has 240 calories, 14 grams of fat, 5 grams of saturated fat, 0 gram of trans fat, 25 milligrams of cholesterol, 550 milligrams of sodium, 22 grams of carbohydrates, 3 grams of fiber, 0 grams of sugar, and 8 grams of protein.

A small order of the Bacon Mac & Cheese has 260 calories, 15 grams of fat, 6 grams of saturated fat, 0 gram of trans fat, 25 milligrams of cholesterol, 700 milligrams of sodium, 22 grams of carbohydrates, 2 grams of fiber, 0 grams of sugar, and 9 grams of protein.

Both bites are available for a limited time at participating locations and starts at $1.99.

McDonald’s is celebrating the 40th anniversary of the first-ever Happy Meal by launching the Surprise Happy Meal.

What’s the surprise?

They’re filled with shredded lettuce and onions collected from the bottom of Big Mac clamshell boxes!

Of course, I’m kidding. These Surprise Happy Meals will each have one of the most popular Happy Meal toys from the last four decades. They will be available at participating McDonald’s restaurants beginning today, November 7 through Monday, November 11, while supplies last.

The 17 toys coming to the Surprise Happy Meal in the U.S. includes:

McDonald’s has given us two presents this holiday season that we have to pay for with our own money — the McCafe Cinnamon Cookie Latte and Donut Sticks with Chocolate Sauce.

The Cinnamon Cookie Latte features the sweet taste of cinnamon, milk, and freshly brewed 100% Rainforest Alliance Certified espresso. It’s also topped with a sprinkle of cinnamon. It’s available hot or cold, and can be ordered all day long throughout the holiday season.

The McCafe Donut Sticks with Chocolate Sauce combines the cinnnamon and sugary treat that made its debut earlier this year with a side of chocolate sauce. It’s available by the half-dozen or dozen, and only during breakfast hours.

Today, Dunkin’ rolled out nationally its Beyond Sausage Sandwich, which was tested over the summer in Manhattan. It tested so well that the chain decided to launch it nationwide earlier than expected.

The sandwich showcases Beyond Meat’s breakfast sausage patty made with 100% plant-based protein and a mix of spices crafted specifically for Dunkin’. It also features an English muffin, egg, and American cheese. The Beyond Sausage Sandwich has 29% less fat, 33% less saturated fat and fewer calories, cholesterol, and sodium than a regular Dunkin’ Sausage, Egg and Cheese Breakfast Sandwich on an English muffin.

To celebrate the national launch, Dunkin’ will be offering customers a complimentary sample of the new sandwich on Friday, November 8 and Saturday, November 9, from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. at participating U.S. locations, while supplies last.

Baskin-Robbins’ Flavor of the Month for November 2019 is Non-Dairy & Vegan Coffee Caramel Chunk. The flavor is made up of espresso non-dairy dessert with chocolate chunks and a caramel ribbon.

A small 2.5-ounce scoop has 160 calories, 9 grams of fat, 6 grams of saturated fat, 0 gram of trans fat, 0 milligrams of cholesterol, 20 milligrams of sodium, 21 grams of carbohydrates, 1 gram of fiber, 15 grams of sugar, and 1 gram of protein.
