When I think of fall, the VERY FIRST thing I think of is a peanut butter and jelly (or jam) sandwich. Oh, the memories of spreading peanut butter on a piece of bread and then following that up with a layer of jelly (or jam). If I wanted to be naughty, I’d spread the jelly (or jam) first on the bread.
