Starbucks has added two new beverage to its permanent menu that feature plant-based milk alternatives.

The Almondmilk Honey Flat White combines shots of Blonde Espresso and steamed almondmilk with a hint of honey. A tall has 120 calories, 4 grams of fat, 0 grams of saturated fat, 100 milligrams of sodium, 22 grams of carbohydrates, 1 gram of fiber, 18 grams of sugar, 2 grams of protein, and 130 milligrams of caffeine.

If almondmilk isn’t your plant-based milk du jour, then Starbucks also has its new Coconutmilk Latte that brings together Blonde Espresso and steamed coconutmilk with a Cascara sugar topping. A grande has 130 calories, 8 grams of fat, 7 grams of saturated fat, 160 milligrams of sodium, 14 grams of carbohydrates, 1 gram of fiber, 12 grams of sugar, 1 gram of protein, and 150 milligrams of caffeine.

Krispy Kreme has added to its permanent menu mini versions of the chain’s four most popular doughnuts. Its Mini Doughnuts are available in the following varieties: Original Glazed, Chocolate Iced Glazed, Chocolate Iced with Sprinkles, and Strawberry Iced with Sprinkles.

The doughnuts are being promoted as a way to help customers keep their New Year’s resolutions by being the perfect treat for their “cheat days” since each one is less than 100 calories.

To promote the new line, participating Krispy Kreme locations will be holding “Mini Mondays” — a happy hour from 4 to 7 p.m. each Monday in January when patrons can get a free mini doughnut of their choice.

Three Mini Original Glazed Doughnuts have 270 calories, 14 grams of fat, 6 grams of saturated fat, 0 gram of trans fat, 125 milligrams of sodium, 32 grams of carbohydrates, less than 1 gram of fiber, 14 grams of sugar, and 4 grams of protein.

Two Mini Chocolate Iced Glazed Doughnuts have 230 calories, 9 grams of fat, 4 grams of saturated fat, 0 gram of trans fat, 80 milligrams of sodium, 36 grams of carbohydrates, less than 1 gram of fiber, 24 grams of sugar, and 2 grams of protein.

Two Mini Chocolate Iced with Sprinkles Doughnuts have 250 calories, 10 grams of fat, 4 grams of saturated fat, 0 gram of trans fat, 80 milligrams of sodium, 40 grams of carbohydrates, less than 1 gram of fiber, 27 grams of sugar, and 2 grams of protein.

Two Mini Strawberry Iced with Sprinkles Doughnuts have 260 calories, 10 grams of fat, 4.5 grams of saturated fat, 0 gram of trans fat, 100 milligrams of sodium, 41 grams of carbohydrates, less than 1 gram of fiber, 28 grams of sugar, and 3 grams of protein.
